Rainbow è una Società Sportiva Dilettantistica (S.S.D.), una forma giuridica prevista e regolata dall'ordinamento sportivo italiano (art. 90 L. 289/2002 e D.Lgs. 36/2021). Pur avendo una struttura societaria a responsabilità limitata per ragioni di governance, la legge italiana vieta a questa categoria di enti qualsiasi distribuzione di utili, e il nostro statuto lo recepisce espressamente all'art. 3.10. Rainbow is a Società Sportiva Dilettantistica (Amateur Sports Organisation), a legal form established and regulated by Italian sports law (Law 289/2002 art. 90 and Legislative Decree 36/2021). Although it is structured as a limited-liability entity for governance purposes, Italian law forbids any distribution of profits to members of this category of organisation, and our bylaws state this explicitly in art. 3.10.

- La società si conforma alle norme di Sport e Salute e del CONI e agli statuti delle federazioni a cui è affiliata.The organisation complies with the rules of Sport e Salute and CONI and with the statutes of the federations it is affiliated to.
